Total Africa has launched an entrepreneurship programme dubbed” Startupper of the Year” Challenge.

The development is to motivate and support young entrepreneurs with the aim of promoting economic development in Malawi and 34 other African Countries.

If you’re a budding entrepreneur with a brilliant business idea; then, the Startupper of the Year Challenge by TOTAL might be what you need to make your dreams come true.

TOTAL Africa recently launched this fantastic initiative to encourage and support young entrepreneurs who aspire to start their own businesses and build a brighter future. The top winners in the challenge will get financial support from TOTAL.

The contest will identify and reward the best project ideas in enterprise creation or development less than two-years old across the country. It is free and open to any Malawian citizen, not older than 35 years.

The Challenge « Startupper of the year by Total » is part of Total’s global initiative for supporting the socioeconomic development of all the countries where it operates worldwide. It is a very concrete action aimed at locally strengthening the industrial fabric and employment on the African continent, by supporting the most daring and innovative entrepreneurs in realizing their project. This approach targets the emergence of new initiatives, while respecting the Total Group values.

The application process will start on 1st November 2015 and is directly available on the total website - Candidates will be able to apply until 31st January 2016.
