Over 22 Children attended the mobile application contest organised by Keepod, Snapp, Skyband, CapitalFM and Mhub. The Children built mobile applications ranging to solve local problems. The apps ranged from; a Health information app, a Time and task management app to a Carbon Footprint App, Restaurant App and many more.

We had the team from BBC Click filming the children and CEO's of Keepod and Snapp Builder from Italy and Israel respectively in attendance. The Keepod is a $7 PC on a stick. Snapp is a platform that allows you to build complex apps and mobile websites from your smartphone or mobile device in minutes and with no technical knowledge.

mHub believes that by engaging children from a tender age in creating technology rather than being technology consumers; they can enhance their problem solving skills and become more creative!
